As part of our ongoing work with Newcastle University, in 2021, we were asked to design a document to present research findings of trans inclusion and safety in abuse support services.
This research was conducted in North East and consisted of focus groups, interviews and closed online discussions with staff, trustees and service users of six organisations that provide domestic and sexual abuse support services.
One of the Lasses…, uses fonts and colours from Newcastle University’s brand guidelines. We created a navy blue swoosh mark that contrasts nicely with the bright pink background for the covers. Throughout the document, key points are highlighted in pink and research quotations are displayed in italics.
Our intention was to make the document accessible and easy to read.
