Bike4Health is a not for profit, community interest company developed to enable individuals, business and communities to incorporate cycling into their daily lives.
Their services include bespoke cycle packages, bike maintenance, coaching and advice, route planning, as well as cycling health and safety.
Throughout the last 18 months, we’ve continued to support Bike 4 Health on several projects –
In 2020 at the start of the pandemic and lockdown restrictions, to coincide with the increase of individuals and families cycling, we updated their online bike service and booking system to incorporate Hubtiger.
Hubtiger allows Bike 4 Health to communicate more effectively with their customers via email or SMS. Customers can also download the Hubtiger app to receive updates, approve repairs and eventually pay the bill. Hubtiger also syncs with Strava so that cyclists can record and manage wear and tear to their bike.
The website was also updated to include two new Cycle to Work Schemes.
Throughout 2020 and 2021, we provided general marketing and SEO services to promote several business areas, including service and maintenance.
In October 2020, we helped Bike 4 Health to celebrate as they moved to new larger premises in North Tyneside. The new, more extensive base will enable the expansion of the workshop, with space for more service areas and more cycle storage.
In Easter 2021, their online booking system, which we previously developed, helped Bike 4 Health manage a series of Easter Holiday Cycling Clubs. The online system enables parents to search for available sessions, then book and pay for the sessions securely online. The system will also be used for Summer Cycle Camps.
We’re looking forward to continuing to work with Bike 4 Health throughout 2021 to design a series of sales and presentation material and further develop their email marketing capabilities.
