Based in Newcastle City Library, the Business & Intellectual Property Centre (BIPC) is a source of information and advice for inventors, start-up businesses, and existing businesses in the North-East.
Through in-house IP experts, business support partners, and extensive resources businesses can access facilities and expertise to help their business prosper.
Our Creative Director Andy Ditchburn has been an expert in residence at the BIPC since it opened in 2011.
Pathways to Innovation is an exciting new European-funded project designed to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the north-east to grow, innovate and explore new markets. The project is delivered by Business & Intellectual Property Centre (BIPC), in partnership with RTC North, running through until December 2019.
To support the Pathways to Innovation project, Andy has been asked to deliver a series of free to attend workshop style events throughout the region. In these sessions Andy will cover areas including marketing strategy, brand identity, content marketing and social media.
